Sorry I didn’t say goodnight last night Scope Sisters @Sandy_123 @Beaver79 @Lou67 during play. As usual my legs kicked off.
Slept from 1.30ish - 3am. 
Be on podcasts till lunch time. Keep a close eye on those cheeky admin.

I have yes,i put it down to my body clock having done shift work for many years days/nights etc then started driving vans/hgv which required early starts like 2/3am.

Morning everyone. Lots of snow here and still snowing. The sky is also very grey so more to come. It still very cold it usually warms up a bit when it snows not so far. The dog has been out and licked the snow the cat has not moved. Enjoy your day whatever you do.

I used to tolerate spice fine even with my Crohn's but I had a gap of like 4 months of not eating any spicy food until last week and my stomach was not happy I must have  lost any tolerance I had

Morning everyone @ada you don't need to say sorry  its very rare I say goodnight to be honest.
@Beaver79 wow loads of snow, we were forecast a little but nothing, we'll yet. Yes the thread is popular for everyone. It's where all the gossip is at lol. no, it's what everyone has made the thread to get support.

I have one complaint about the new room, we need the decorators in, that colour is a bit off, plus a hew coffee machine
