I can only guess what they wanted but before DWP respond to the Tribunal they review all your information. Sometimes they may ring to ask further questions and may make an offer of an award, or increase any existing award.

If they rang before they responded then they may not have been ringing to make an offer of an award but as I said, I can only guess. You can ring them on Monday and they maybe able to give you some information.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hopefully, it's nothing too bad. While tribunals can be stressful with lengthy waiting times, you can take comfort in the high success rate – currently at 70% in favour of claimants.

I’m afraid it would be impossible to tell you why.
