I have a daughter who is 7 years old and has quadriplegic cerebral palsy. My main concerns are that the muscles in her legs are very tight especially when she is walking with her frame and her communication has not progressed at all this past year. Although she is receiving some physio and speech and language therapy at school I feel it is not enough and I am concerned that time is slipping away for my daughter and the opportunity to learn these skills will be lost.

I have been looking around for extra physio and an assessment of her communication. It all seems very expensive - what extra therapies and assessments have other families used I am looking at Bobath and Candle - but assessments are so expensive and I want to make sure that it will benefit my daughter before I start to try and raise funds for it. I'd really welcome your views. Many thanks
