Kitchen Equipment

Hi
I have Right Sided CP and find it difficult to peel things like potatoes, because I find it difficult to hold things with my right hand. I don't like the idea of buying pre-peeled potatoes and I don't want any bulk or complicated equipment. Does anybody know of any really good and easy to use peelers or small and specialist chopping boards etc.

Any sugguestions welcome

Thanks

Peeling is something I really struggle with to! I have bought so many different types of peeler to try and solve this one....and yes some do make it a bit easier and I guess it down to personal prefrence. But I have not completly solved this one and have on at least 3 ocasions cut large parts of my fingers off!!! Something I have found extremely useful for fine chopping is a small electric chopper, very easy to use, means fingers are safe. For larger chopping like oiouns or potatos I use a larger chopper in my food processor, works a treat, makes it so much easier and all the parts can go in the dishwasher.

Let me know how you get on with finding a peeler,
