Hi Everyone,
My 2 yr old son has SDCP. He creeps on his stomach. He can't sit unaided, but he's slowly getting stronger. His lower limbs are affected more than his upper limbs, and his right side more than his left. He is very bright and he is just so cute!!
Yesterday, his PT told us he's at Level 3, maybe a high level 2, on the GMFCS. Just wondering if anyone else's (older) child is at this level, and what stage are they at now. She told us she thinks he will walk with an aid, but he may decide to use a wheelchair for long distances when he's a teenager. I know he's very young, and every child is different, but would appreciate your experience.
Take care,
Una
