Hi,
I am a 36 year old lady with spastic diplegia. Over the last 10 years I have developed severe bruxism at night, this causes me jaw pain and balance problems. It is extremly frustrating because I now have two balance problems to deal with, firstly with the CP and now with the bruxism! I have had to give up my job because my symptoms are so severe. Can anyone help or relate to my situation in any way. I would love to talk to anyone who has spastic diplegia cause I feel so alone with it. Thanks for reading.

Hi Tash 026
I have spastic diplegia and have had it all my life. I suffer with muscle pain due to posture issues and get muscles spasms as well, althrough medication helps me to manage these symptoms.
I am more than happy to talk, just drop me a line.
