How long does the hearing take

So the hearing has come and gone a few weeks now, they have since requested the most recent records and sent an evaluation. I made sure to call to determine whether everything was received accordingly and the judge currently has all the necessary paperwork.
My question is, at this point in your process, how long did it take before you receive a letter of decision from the judge? I would like to have a bit of feedback from other people because I am pretty stressed right now as I am sure that you can understand.

Hi Alison....my assessment was on the 8/12/14 and my decision came through on the 19/12/14.........I did wait 14 months for the assessment tho
