We've recently introduced a new box when you start a discussion for tags. These are keywords which will help people find related content. For example, if you tag a conversation with "sleep" you'll soon be able to see all the other discussions, community tips and Scope information about sleep. We're still working on getting everything tagged, so this feature will improve over time!
