Active Nation is a National charity who is committed to a bold and exciting mission to persuade the nation to be active. As part of our mission we have developed a brilliant new activity programme for those individuals aged 14+ with a disability. Each fantastic activity will run every week for 6 weeks and will be tailored to the needs of the participant. Check out the list of activities below that are starting soon!!!

Cricket 23rd February– 30th March (Bitterne Leisure Centre, 1pm-2pm. £12 for 6 weeks)
Skiing 25th February– 1st April (Alpine Snowsports Centre, 1pm-2pm. £24 for 6 weeks)
Badminton 26th February-2nd April (Bitterne Leisure Centre, 4.30pm-5.30pm. £12 for 6 weeks)
Swimming 27th February—10th April (excluding 3rd April) (The Quays, 12pm-1pm. £18 for 6 weeks)
Cardio Aqua 27th February—10th April (excluding 3rd April) (The Quays, 12pm-1pm. £12 for 6 weeks)
PaddleAbility 21st April– 26th May (Woodmill, 2pm-3pm. £24 for 6 weeks )
SailAbility 23rd April– 21st May (SWAC, 2pm-3pm. £20 for 5 weeks)

we will also be running a Discovery day. Our discovery days are a fantastic opportunity for you to come along and enjoy various sporting activities that will be running throughout the day, including; cricket, rowing, badminton and many more. We will be running a structured activity timetable throughout the day, as well as drop in sessions for those who are unable to attend the whole day. Our first discovery day is :
