Hi there!

Public Health England in association with Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust have just launched a new DVD film resource called 'The Smear Test Film'.

The film has been designed and made by women who have Learning Disabilities. It aims to give women and their carers information about smear tests and their role in preventing cervical cancer. It is a resource that can help women make a decision about whether to attend their smear test invitation. Women with learning disabilities are 45% less likely to attend screening compared to women without learning disabilities.

Watch the film on YouTube: http://youtu.be/WxapKFPDwjg

Or order the film on DVD from the Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust website. It costs £3.00 which covers the cost of printing, postage and packaging.

Please help raise awareness of cervical cancer and ways to prevent it.
