Tracey works for the Business Disability Forum as their Recruitment Advisor and has years’ worth of expertise in this area.
Using her expertise, Tracey delivers external audits of recruitment best practice to both public and private sector organisations. This is in addition to developing and implementing bespoke recruitment tool kits, best practice guides and training.
With a non-visible disability herself, Tracey has a keen interest in spreading the word and making a difference in the process involved in getting disabled talent on board.
