hi i,m salty more about me i,m 52 and late last year broke my ankle.i,ve recently gone back to work but finding it hard to do my job.I have a fear of being unable to do my job and being forced out has any one got any postive comments that could help me out. I also feel very loow at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling at work
Have you tried talking to your manager about any reasonable adjustments they could make for you? Another option is contacting the Government scheme Access to Work (https://www.gov.uk/access-to-work/overview), they can help disabled employees stay in work.
