    hi i,m salty  more about me i,m 52 and late last year broke my ankle.i,ve recently gone back to work but finding it hard to do my job.I have a fear of being unable to do my job and being forced out has any one got any postive  comments that could help me out. I also feel very loow at the moment.

    Hi Salty63,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling at work :(

    Have you tried talking to your manager about any reasonable adjustments they could make for you? Another option is contacting the Government scheme Access to Work (https://www.gov.uk/access-to-work/overview), they can help disabled employees stay in work.

    Don’t worry I’m sure there is something your employer can do to help you – stay strong!
