My daughter is trialling Tetrabenazine again. We are into 2nd phase and have seen no real change in her movements so far but she does seem to be getting more upset at times, her movements seem more jerky at times too and also has a lot more saliva. I just wanted to know if anyone else is using this medicine how long it took to see any changes (if there were any positive changes) and what kind of dosage you need to get to.
