    Hello CurlyColl,

Try getting in touch with Havering Association for People with Disabilities information and advice line they have some social groups and will no doubt know of any other local groups that you can join. www.hadhavering.co.uk

I haven't been able to find anything on Havering Council's website so hopefully HAD will have some good information for you.

Alternatively you could find, or even start up your own group on www.meetup.com

    I hope this helps.

    Best wishes
    Debbie
