Tips for Promoting and Running Disability Table Tennis Sessions

I work for a table tennis club who are currently looking into running specialist sessions for physically disabled people who might like to try our sport out. These would be regular coached but informal sessions at our fairly large facilities in Cardiff which is wheelchair friendly.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how we might go about spreading word of the sessions to disabled people in the area. We'll certainly be contacting schools in the area, but these sessions are really aimed at all ages. Do you know of any social clubs, charities, support groups ect. that we should be building links with?
