Nephew loves games although he has mastered "ordinary controller" with right hand (cannot use left hand). I've seen various on Amazon including Dragon one handed controller. Has anyone got experience with any type of one handed games controller? Was thinking of designing a custom one for him.

Hi Edzzy,
You could get in touch with Special Effect -http://www.specialeffect.org.uk
They support disabled people to play video games and might be able to help?
I tried tweeting them, but they just asked for you to contact them directly.
