Train Station Troubles

Hello everyone I'm Emma and I am here to get some information on the conditions and facilities of train stations and other areas of transport. I am focusing mainly on the hearing and visually impaired but information on any form of disability would help me with my project. I am taking part in a global effort to generate new concepts to make public environments EQUALLY comfortable for those with disability, following example from the London Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

So my question is? What do you do to get on a train or bus, do you struggle in this situation, what would you like to have to aid you, what are your previous experiences. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcomed :D

Thank you everyone for your help!
