Thames Water has commissioned BritainThinks, an independent research agency, to conduct a large scale public engagement programme with a wide range of customer groups. The research will be used to improve Thames Water services and inform its priorities for the future. As part of this, it is important to Thames Water that it fully understands the needs and experiences of disabled customers. A key criteria for taking part is that customers live independently and have responsibility for their bills.

Interviews will be conducted in home or at a location of the participant’s choice. Interviews will last one hour and participants will receive £40 as a thank you for their time. Interviews will take place in February.

If you would like to take part or if you have any questions about the research please contact Michaela Rhode on 0207 845 5880 or on mrhode@britainthinks.com
