Dear Parents,
As part of my masters degree in Sociology at Leeds university, for my dissertation title I am exploring the relationship between poverty in families where there is a disabled child.
I would be grateful for volunteers to complete my questionnaire, the information that you enclose in the questionnaire will be anonymous and will only be used for the purpose of my result and discussion section within my dissertation.
