Hi I am Dean Kelly from the British Court of Appeal case (Kelly V Bastible and others) where I sued the Medical Defense Union for 1.2 million pounds in a legally ground breaking case for clinical negligence in a home birth with lead to epilepsy and cerebral Palsy. I am now an ex accountant, a British Judo medal winner and the author of a book called ROUGH JUSTICE. I now give talks about living with cerebral palsy and my experiences.
