When you wait for money from DWP you have to keep calling them, if you are entitled to the payment one call isn't enough, you should have had your payment into your bank account within 5 working days. If you aren't entitled to it, they should have at least notified you via ams text, telephone call or letter, get back onto them &!tell them when you last called, don't be afraid to get them told in a firm manner however, threats & abuse will get you no where.

Hello @Tiggytron,
I'm sorry for the delay in replying to your post. Have you managed to get any further with this since you posted?
Prior to last year when you didn't get the winter fuel payment, had you qualified for it before then? The payments are usually automatic but sometimes you have to apply for the payment depending on your circumstances.
Please let me know how this progresses and whether you manage to get the payment issue resolved. I hope it gets sorted out soon.
Best wishes
Debbie
