Hi Everyone. I'm Chris. I've been diagnosed as disabled now due to my lower lumbar S1/L5 gone. I've been to specialists and the last one said I have spine degenerated decease. So my disc's will go over time. I only get lower disability rate. they won't give job seekers allowance or any other because they say I am able to work. I still need a lot of treatment. I'm booked in for a pain management course in April next year. Is there any thing else I can do. I get housing benefit, council tax. and because my wife went part-time to look after me she get tax credits. My solicitors are fight my case with the company I worked for, in the last stages now. I have a new medical report coming soon. I don't know what else to do. the accident at work has changed my life.
