After 7 weeks of being messed around concerning esa claim recieved a latter this morning telling us they cannot pay us anything due to not sending back some bank statements, a load of rubbish i sent them by recorded delivery and they sent them back telling us they have taken copies and will be dealing with our claim, after hours of trying to get in touch with the dwp they called me back they imform me they have found the paperwork and will reopen claim and send it to the decison maker and will let us know as soon as possible, SERIOUSLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE. INCOMPETENCE COMES TO MIND HERE.
