    Hi hullyer,
I'm sorry but it's not possible to tell from your query whether the PIP decision was wrong. PIP is based on points that you get based on things you can & can't do, not on your conditions themselves. You could have a look at this site to see the activities they consider and what points apply. For example, managing your condition & any therapy you need might get you some points. You can also look at types of condition to see which activities are likely to be relevant to the conditions you have (eg renal issues).

As you've already appealed, your options are probably to either get advice about appealing to the Upper Tribunal, or to reapply. You would definitely need specialist welfare rights advice to appeal further, and time limits could be a problem, but a CAB or a local disability advice service might be able to help.

If you reapply for PIP, your heart attack could be relevant as it may show there are activities which aren't safe for you to do, or which you can only do very slowly. I'd consider getting advice to help you fill in the PIP claim form if you do claim again, for example, from a CAB.

    Will
