Straps for an AFO

I have CIDP and with that I have foot drop. Where can one get get replacement straps for an AFO if you don't want to go through the distributor?

Do you have your afo supplied by your local orthotics department? If so, they will be able to help. My local one has a drop in service where you can get straps replaced or things slightly altered by the technicians without needing an appointment with the orthotist. If not you may be able to get a referral through your gp.

Or there are several suppliers online that do spare parts for AFO's that might be able to help such as http://www.algeos.com/afo_pad_and_strap_kit-black.html
It is though normally best to go back to the person that supplied you the AFO's.
