Work, health and disability among young women - a survey

Hi, I work for a charity called Young Women's Trust. We have just launched a survey to inform our response to a government consultation about how to enable more disabled people to work, as we are keen to ensure that young women's voices are heard.

If you are or you know a woman (aged 30 or under) with a disability or long-term health condition, we would really appreciate if you could take 5-10 minutes (rough estimate) to fill in this survey to help us ensure young women's voices are heard and represented in the government's consultation: http://buff.ly/2j3G7r0

Thank you,

Nadina, Young Women's Trust
