Hi
I had a f2f assessment with Capita on the 4th of Jan 17, every time I ring DWP they are saying assessment has not be sent to them! It's almost 2 weeks ago, is this normal?
Thank you

Hello Padgeaim36
Although there may be variations around the country, it can take a good 4-8 weeks for a decision to be issued following an assessment. The fact that it may take a few weeks for ESA to get the medical report, goes some way in explaining why it can at least 6 weeks to get the final decision.
If ESA have not received the report after 4 weeks, then ESA should be pushed to contact Capita to find out where the report is.
Kind Regards
Maria
