The Tech4Good awards 2017 are now open for entries.

Here's the official blurb:
Now in our 6th year, the AbilityNet Tech4Good Awards recognise organisations and individuals who use digital technology to improve the lives of others. We’re the only awards to highlight the wealth of charities, businesses and volunteers across the UK that harness the power of technology to benefit the community. We want to celebrate the hard work that these people put into making the world a better place.
The awards were created by AbilityNet with the help of BT and a number of businesses, charities and non-profit partners and sponsors, because we want to know about companies that are utilising the empowering influence of digital technology – whether it’s at home, at work, in education. Access to the digital world can be life changing.
There are eight Awards you can enter:
  • AbilityNet Accessibility Award
  • BT Young Pioneer Award
  • BT Connected Society Award
  • Comic Relief Tech4Good for Africa Award
  • Community Impact Award
  • Digital Health Award
  • Digital Skills Award
  • Tech Volunteer of the Year Award
Entry is free and it is free to attend the awards ceremony.
