I am a quadriplegic with tracheotomy i just got home in June last year after spending three and a half years in hospital

Feel like the Memphis Belle returning from James Cook Hospital not all my engines working control systems pretty shot up ,low on gas but i'll make another mission.Found out i have two more problems to join the rest Chronic dilated esophagus and hiatus hernia. Well i need refueling as i have been nil by mouth since the early hours ready for many more missions because i'm not a quitter
