Just got my statement of reasons for refusal at my daughters first tribunal hearing. Am so angry that the panel made so much lies up. I will be appealing to the upper tribunal. Its joke that these panel of judges get away with lying.
My daughter has Hypo plastic right heart syndrome and scoliosis she was born 16yrs ago with her hear condition and over the years she developed scoliosis and finds it difficult to walk and gets very breathless. The tribunal stated i said she runs and walks fine omg i can't believe they lie so much.one set of papers i cant even read the writing is so bad. So now i will be going to the upper tribunal.
