in PIP, DLA, and AA
A couple of weeks ago I sent my first appeal and I opted for them to make their decision by what I'd written, was that a mistake? A professional has now advised me to have a representative either from DIAL OR CAB. Is this possible for me?

    It depends on what it would add if you were there in person. Did you get your submission reviewed before it was sent? There is no easy answer to your question I'm afraid.

    Could you demonstrate a disability that the DWP rejected?
    Are your verbal skills better than your written skills?
    Would a representative be a better communicator?

    If your case is strong and well written it might not be necessary to attend. The DWP do not routinely send someone.

    I won convincingly without attending.
