I've just found out I have altisum and asperges I get disability alliance for my a.d. h D middle and low already do you think I could apply again cos I'm founding it even harder getting about now

Hi@jordan, Welcome to the community. Are you on DLA or PIP? If you're on DLA and you ring DWP to say your condition has changed with the new diagnosis and your needs are greater you'll be told to apply for PIP. Have a look at the criteria and descriptors and you'll get an idea of your chances to increase your benefit. If you post again in the ask a benefit adviser section someone will be along to help.
