Hi everyone, I used to deal energetic after a swimming session and that energy lasted the whole day.
Having replaced swimming with aquajim, there a total Chang, I just can t anything after the sport which lasts the sister of an hour.
I wonder if the fact that I don t have my breafast before or for any other reason.
