I had my tribunal Monday, decision letter arrived yesterday and I was refused PIP. I'm feeling quite lost now.

I have Aspergers Syndrome, diagnosed when I was 42 just before my youngest child was dx with ASD, II saw similarities with him so sought my answers. I also have PTSD as a result of a traumatic stillbirth, social anxiety, OCD, depression and panic, severe nutritional deficiencies and Ménière's Disease. 

The panel at court were quite quite humiliating and made me feel like a fraud because physically, all though I walk like I'm drunk, there's no obvious signs of my disabilities. 

Is is there any help I can get? Is it worth reapplying for PIP?
I independently applied for my blue badge, attended their assessment and was granted it there and then, this was because of the mobility issues connected with Ménière's, I have sudden violent vertigo that on ocaision causes 'drop attacks', I need someone with me whenever I go out.

They seemed to focus on the fact I receive Carers Allowance for my son, though he's High Functioning Autistic and needs extra cuddles and reassurance, his care is not overly demanding in the sense of having to run about after him, I supervise his medication and welfare without over doing mine if that makes sense and homeschool based on his needs and mine. I really don't know what to make of it.

Do you think there's any help out there please.

I'm afraid it is very difficult to give any meaningful advice without knowing the details of your case. It is sometimes possible to challenge an appeal tribunal's decision but only where there has been an error of law. This is quite technical and complicated and almost certainly will need the help of a specialist adviser but the first step is usually to request the written statement of reasons from the tribunal. You must usually do this within one month of the decision and you must do it in writing to the Courts Service.

Once you've got the statement of reasons i suggest you take it to an advice service in your area. The Scope helpline should be able to direct you if you are not sure where to go.
