hi iv had my tribunal papers through not read through them properly yet also received a letter from pip saying we now have the information we need to decide if we can award you pip dont understand this as iv already been awarded mob part no care this is why im going to tribunal im now confused dont understand why iv been sent this letter do i call pip for a explanation many thanks

    It does seem a little strange i agree. Sometimes the DWP changes its decision even after the mandatory reconsideration process has been done and the appeal sent off to the Court's Service. I think you are right to give them a call and ask what is happening. There should be nothing to lose in doing this.

    When you've got some more information from the DWP do post back if you're not sure what to do next.
