    Hi @Blodwen,

Sometimes we have to rely on ourselves meaning you may need to figure things out yourself if all services refuse to help. Read as much about autism as you can and watch documentaries online, but make sure the documentary is made by an autistic person. The more you learn, the easier it will be to understand why your son behaves and feels the way he does. One of the documentaries I've watched is called Through Our Eyes Living With Asperger's by Alyssa Huba.

Hi, thanks for your reply. We have extensively researched ASD, and that has helped us immensely, what's worrying me is that this is the third time he's suffered these episodes, most worrying symptoms are hearing voices telling him to hurt or kill himself, the voices also tell him that he's fat, useless etc. He also strongly believes that the internet is watching him and gathering information on him, and that there are spiders in his hair. He is utterly convinced of these . Anybody else been through anything similar ?
