Hey,
looking to meet folk in Surrey who are going through the trials and tribulations of having an adult son (or daughter) who has disabilities affecting them physically and possibly mentally too.
Once your child turns 16-18 support falls away. Feeling lonely...

Hi @hope56 there is a directory of organisations
here which you may find helpful. Not all will be relevant but you may be able
to find the support you’re looking for through carer organisations or by
attending activities with your adult child. I’ve seen how much benefit there
can be for families who meet and get talking at such activities for children
and young adults. Welcome to the community.
