Electric hoist

Hello friends.  If you get a motorbility car you can have an electric hoist fitted for around £100.
I wondered if there is any voucher that could help me get one fitted to my own car as the company would charge over £1000 for the same hoist !

Hello @Samantha007 and welcome to the community. I am aware of one charity which may give a grant to cover the cost. However you would not be able to apply for it, it would have to be done by a professional who knows you and can provide the information needed for them to reach a decision. If you do apply yourself, it would be automatically rejected.

    Hi @Samantha007,

I haven't been able to find anything like you've asked about but you can use the grants search on our website and that might help you find some charitable funding to pay for the hoist.

I hope this helps and good luck!

    Best wishes
    Debbie
