My now 18 year old daughter was recently paralysed in an accident and has been home for 2 months after 6 months in hospital. No carers in place still and I'm pretty exhausted and a bit fed so hoping to connect.

Hi @Gee26:
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Online Community. I would recommend that you have a look at the Parents and Carers discussions in the Community here: https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/carers-of-disabled-children-and-adults
You can also find respite care tips here: https://www.scope.org.uk/support/tips/parenting/respite-care
And information about Short Breaks here:
https://www.scope.org.uk/support/services/short-breaks
I know it must be tiring and difficult for you right now, but I believe you will find access to a lot of advice and information that should be helpful to you here in the community.
Regards,
Mike
