My son has been seen by the OT, who's report stated he met all the criteria for dyspraxia and Sensory processing Disorder. We met with the Paediatrician today who said that he is not Autistic and there are no other apparent causes for his symptoms. We have been referred back to the OT with the Paediatrician saying that the OT would be able to sort out special cutlery etc for him. Does this now count as a diagnosis of Dyspraxia? Does my son have Dyspraxia or not?! I'm so confused and I'm Dyspraxic myself so it would be nice to have a straight answer lol

It's hard if they don't give you a direct diagnosis isnt it! Can you get back in touch with them and ask for clarification?Scope
