My girlfriend (20 years old) has CP and rheumatoid arthritis, so I was wondering if anyone had experience with this and had any advice on how to help her?
Thanks

She has RA in her hips and knees.

Hi, In answer to Your question (I'm the girlfriend btw), I've been to hospital about RA 3/4 times, they discharged me for now as they thought I wouldn't need to be seen unless I felt there was an issue... I feel I've been okay since. I think because I'm seen as not a priority (being so young) which is fair enough, and with being at university I feel it would be difficult with seeing people who are unaware of my background.

I don't no, I find it's only bad for a few days at a time and then calms down again which is a positive sign

Yes, if it gets worse you can always ask your GP to refer you a hospital again.
Freeze spray can relieve pain and inflammation.
