My wife gets contributory esa in support group and basic pip for daily living and mobility.
i work full time and we have no career - does she qualify for any premiums?

Make certsin sin you have all the medical evidence to say your wife is not fit for work & there is no possibility of her returning to work in the foreseeable future.
Sort to to be negative has your wife's employer involved Occupational health / looked at reasonable adjustments so your wife can continue to work in some role with her current employer? -
There would be no premiums. There's only a premim for people who live alone and no-one receives for them.
