PIP Assement

I have my PIP Assessment on Friday. It's my 3rd one in 2 years. I am on enhanced fir both areas, but although I've gotten worse (I have fibromyalgia) I'm having a good week; now last week I slept all week. I'm extremely anxious about it, especially as it's a 1 1/2 hour drive to get to the centre, so I'll need a rest break on the way. I know I will speak the truth, but I'm so worried I'll lose it. (I'm falling asleep writing this.) I will need my wheelchair, but should I take my assistance dog in-training?
Does anyone have any advice please.
