Hello everyone. My name is anna and im 56yrs old. I suffer with ankylosing spondylitis, chronic venous insufficiency combined with swelling of feet and ankles, angina, hashimotos disease due to thyroid being removed with multinodular goitre, type2 diabetes. I struggle every day and try to keep positive but i find it hard. I would like to join this group to find constructive ways to hopefully discuss and maybe solve our problems.
