Public Health England (PHE) are asking all women aged 16 or over to complete a short, 10-minute survey about reproductive health. The research will help them develop a plan to improve reproductive healthcare in the future. They'd like to know what works, and what could be changed. All answers given will be anonymous and confidential.

The survey can be completed online, and if you have any questions about the survey, you can email: Natasha.Ratna@phe.gov.uk.
