Learning Disability Carers Community are hosting 3 free workshops in association with the National Valuing Families Forum, starting with 'Thinking Ahead' on the 18 September: https://goo.gl/rLFdXo  Lunch and refreshments are provided. Free parking is available. Derby venue. Please click on the links for full information and to book your place. You may attend as many workshops as you wish.  All facilitators are professionals and very experienced. Topics covered in the workshops include planning for the future, transition, updates to the Care Act, using the law, EHCP's + more
