Mental health and PIP question

Hi, my name is Sue and I live in Scotland.
I have a question about pip. I still haven't had my interview for assessment. I have been receiving the higher rate of dla care, and the lower rate mobility.
I had to cancel my appointments with them twice due to illness and have heard nothing from them.
At that time my diagnosis was Bipolar, it has changed to Borderline Personality disorder with bipolar tendencies.
Does anyone have any idea how this could change?
My can nurse said not at all as symptoms are the same.
Any advice please?

Hello Sue
How long ago (approximately) were the medical appointments arranged?
PIP may be considering how to progress your case that is ask you to attend another medical or they can (albeit rarely) ask a person involved in your care e.g. nurse, GP for further evidence before deciding what to do next.
Please keep us posted.
