On ESA and DLA. Got PIP form yesterday and arranged help to fill it out. Do I need OT reports? Read that on a Fibro page today. Not sure why I would need them as I have medical reports, GP letters, Rheumatologist and Gastroentrologist reports.

Any and all relevant evidence should be sent with your claim. Remember that PIP is about how your functionality is affected and not about your conditions. All evidence should be about how your abilty to perform daily tasks is affected.
If you haven't done so, take the self test on the B&W site which will give you an insight to what is required and the points scoring system
