I have a 15 year old with aspergers. He has severe anxiety issues and is finally back at Camus. A 10 year old with aspergers and ADHD and a 9 year old with ADHD. I have a five year old also showing signs of ASD and two neurotypical children. How can I calm a situation them two or three are having meltdowns at the same time?

Hi @mammabear, sounds like you have your hands full!
Hopefully our advisor will be able to help you out further, but in the meantime I wonder if @MJDean has any advice/insight to offer you? -
Hi @mammabear
Sorry to hear you are struggling. I have Aspergers myself so understand about having severe anxiety and anxiety attacks.
Do your children have any interests that they are really into? I find that watching films or listening to my favourite music really helps to calm me down as it distracts me from my anxiety.
I will have a further think about this and how I can help.
We are all here for you!
