Hi everyone
my wife just got her pip decision back and the report looks like it was done on someone else!
give you an example she doesn't need glasses !!!
she has a prescription for reading and distance
how do I contact the people who are taking this to court as another case with the amount of rubbish in the report might help all our cases

DWP might have been looking at someone else's report as this has happened before. Phone DWP and ask them to check. -

There was a case on here recently where the DWP did indeed base their decision on the wrong person's PIP report! The claimant phoned the DWP who checked and acknowledged their mistake. DWP then issued a revised decision based on the correct report without the claimant having to undergo a further assessment. -
